Anti-infective chemotherapy conference at the Palais des Congrès
Paris is the capital of all specialized conferences and conventions. Each week, the most prestigious scientists, researchers and practitioners meet to present new innovations, advances in research and current issues relating to their disciplines. For example, the 39th Interdisciplinary Meeting of Anti-infective Chemotherapy (RICAI) will be taking place on 16 and 17 December 2019. In 2018, the conference was attended by more than 2,000 participants.
Given the diversity of subjects covered, it would be difficult to summarize and recount the full richness of the event, in just a few words. Worth noting is the session dedicated to Lyme disease, which can be transmitted to humans by certain ticks. This is a burning topical issue today. In fact, incidences of that infectious disease have risen dramatically, and its diagnosis in France has become highly controversial.
RICAI is the annual event for clinicians and microbiologists (parasitologists, virologists and bacteriologists). Our hotel, the Acacias Etoile, is located close to Porte Maillot, and we would be delighted to welcome you during the conference.
